Both Alok Chandra and Ashish Chandra, Director, Chandra Modern Builders are pioneers of sorts. After all, they were among the first ones in Lucknow to venture into the comparatively virgin territory of creating an apartment culture when the people of the city hadn’t even begun thinking about the concept in 1983.They have been developing premium apartments and luxury housing in Lucknow . From then to now has been a 30-year long journey...

Alok Chandra, an IIT-Kharagpur alumnus with a degree in Metallurgical engineering, and Ashish Chandra, Finance professional, forayed into construction in 1983, and have completed multiple government and private projects.

Chandra Modern Builders India Pvt Ltd, a new entity, was born in 2005.Company is currently focussed on luxury group housing in Lucknow, approx 700 premium flat Project called Chandra Panorama.

They have managed to bag one of the best location inside Ansal city and the Chandra Panorama project has more than 80 percent green area and open space. The multi-storeyed complex has 4 towers with possession started in Phase - 1 & Phase - 2 is also fastly nearing completion. Also company is in advanced stage to launch 2 more Group Housing projects very soon of approx 500 flats i.e. at Sushant Golf city, namely Chandra Luxuria as well as at Aishbagh, called Chandra Awadh Vilas very close to Lucknow Railway Station with lot of open spaces
