  1. The above prices are firm and free of escalation.
  2. 9% per annum interest will be levied on delay on Installment.
  3. GST as applicable as per Government norms.
  4. In compliance to the deduction & deposit of 1% Tax Deduction at source (TDS) under section 194-IA of the   Income Tax Act, 1961, Where consideration is Rs. 50 lakh and above you are required to deposit the TDS through website www.tin-nsdl.com through form 26QB. The following details of the deductee will be required for the filing of form no. 26QB.

    • Registered office: - 1st Floor, Nikhilesh Palace, 17/4, Ashok Marg, Lucknow-226001.
  5. Storage Space approx. Built-Up Area 9.29 Sq. Mt. / Carpet Area 7.43 Sq. Mt. @ 250000/- (Optional).
  6. Power back up charges @ Rs. 25000/- per kw (Optional)
  7. Sewer Connection, Water Connection, Electrical Connection Charges & Generator Connection                   

        (Optional) or any other charges levied by government will be charged at the time of possession

  1. Cheque/Draft to be issued in favor of “Chandra Modern Builders India Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Lucknow.
  2. RTGS Details: HDFC Bank LTD, A/c No.- 50200020277513, IFSC Code- HDFC0001267, Branch- Tekari Chambers, Lucknow (UP).
  3. Prices are subject to revision as decided by the company from time to time.
  4. Price is subject to revision without prior notice and price ruling on the date of allotment and accepted by the Company shall be applicable.
  5. The registration charges, legal/documentation fee is in addition to the aforesaid price (payable at the time of offer of possession)
  6. Holding charges @ Rs.5/- per sq. Ft. Per month shall be charged in case customer fails or ignore to take the possession as and when offered by the company.
  7. Any other taxes levied by the Government against the said property will be charged extra as    applicable.
  8. The other terms and condition of sale would as per the standard allotment/Registered Agreement of “Chandra Modern Builders India Pvt. Ltd.”.
